Originally hailing from Istanbul, Karmasakal's love affair with techno began five years ago in Berlin while he was on a journey across Europe. Back home he couldn't shake off the dream of returning to Berlin, a place where he could truly express his sound without boundaries. Drawing inspiration from industry giants like Stef Mendesidis, Hector Oaks, and Ellen Allien, his artistic goal is to be able to share his diverse musical repertoire in a clean format. He mostly plays jazz-influenced groovy techno but is not afraid to go to the other side and is constantly working on hard groove.
