when I was driving from north carolina to connecticut with a shitload of drum gear, my car died. I had a hundred bucks left to my name. I begged my way into an expensive hotel room for the $100. 

the extreme comfort of the hotel, contrasted with the fear of what the fuck I'd do the next day, was absurd. that was the night I started this track.
