"I feel like "shaft" or somebody." It's a step away from my commercial energy typically projected, but it's still a glimpse into who I am as a pop artist.

I've always been infatuated with this song. The way that Andre 3000 opens up this record with his fire-spitting tongue-twisting conscious lyrics makes me turn up every time. I really wanted to pay homage to the artists that inspired me and this is one of them.
