From 0-1 presents: Andrei Morant- Anon EP with remixes by Tim Xavier. Both long time veterans of the international Techno scene, neither requires a long introduction.

Andrei Morant has been a DJ since 1986 located in Houston, Texas. He started producing in the early ‘90’s landing his tracks on some of the world’s biggest Techno labels over time; including Planet Rhythm, Blueline, Colours, Compound, and his own Scope Recordings.

Tim Xavier is best known currently for his mastering studio, Man Made Mastering in Berlin, servicing many of the world’s most well known Techno labels; and for his production work over the span of nearly two decades on Blueline, Teknotik, Sleaze, LTD 400, and his new label, Face To Face.

Lucky 13th release on Advanced (White) and our partner in crime, Daniel Boon, makes his long-awaited debut with a heavy-hitting single titled ''Memory''. Of course we couldn't stop here and we invited not 1...neither 2....but 3 of the most groundbreaking producers of our era to remix it. France's Matt Sassari, Ukraine's Skober and Italy's MAAE, being all A-class representatives of their country's techno scene, delivered from one breathtaking remix each, showcasing their unique signature sound and completing a package that is going to create lot of dancefloor ''Memories''.

Auf seinem vierten Album finden wir einen Martin Books wieder der sich auf all seinen vorherigen Alben bewiesen hatte, sich aber musikalisch nie so eindeutig und klar positionieren konnte wie auf diesem Album.

Jeder seiner Tracks, auch wenn er mal eine Reise in das Universum des Techno-Genres unternimmt, wuchs aus diesen Wurzeln heran und es ist ein ganz besonderer musikalischer Genuss Martin Books auf diese Weise wieder zu erkennen.

Dies alles bezeichnet Martin selbst als Techno Pop, sein Style welcher sich in den letzten Jahren entwickelt hat. Es ist schön ein Album zu haben das, wenn es endet, wieder von selbst beginnt. In der jetzigen Zeit wo Lieder nach Klicks buhlen und viele davon in einem riesigen Raum umherirren ist dies ein Album das, als Ganzes gesehen, eine völlig eigene Kraft entfaltet.

Zu Beginn der Produktion vom Album „Split“ schien die Aufgabe sich als die schwerste Hürde herauszustellen denn es sollte den eigenen Anspruch und den anderen Alben in nichts nachstehen. Für eine Entfaltung muss man frei sein um seine eigene Energie nutzen zu können. 

Niemals wird sich Martin Books verstellen und produziert das Album mit seinen über die Jahre gesammelten Erfahrungen an technischem Wissen, in der Vergangenheit gemachte Fehler sowie seiner Leidenschaft auf der Bühne um am Ende der Albumarbeit zu erkennen, dass all diese Dinge ausreichten um mit seiner Arbeit sehr zufrieden und darüber hinaus sehr stolz zu sein.

When it comes to techno, Latin America is one of the strongest supporters out there. After Rob Hes’ recent tour in Latin America he discovered the passion, love and dedication these people have for music, which really resonates with our philosophy of Pursuit. Therefor it was love at first sight, when we heard the warm, deep sounds from Mexico…Berlanga.

We welcome this new kid on the block for a strong EP containing three dark, brooding melodic stompers which exactly demonstrate what Pursuit is all about. On remixing duties, we bring it back home, for a demonstration of peak time, warehouse mayhem provided by techno connoisseur Joran van Pol. Please enjoy.

An EP where each cut possesses an individual character and style while keeping the overall signature sound that defines Despoin.

Rich stabs and huge ambience add up for a big room techno track in "Dangerous". A track high in momentum, appropriate for pushing the crowd on peak-time moments.

A pounding groove is the strongest aspect of "Deep Water", where a fairly minimalistic array of elements convey the audience into a profound hypnotic state.

"Black Orbit" sounds very similar to the previous "Deep Water", but the producer has rewritten the arrangement into an epic conflict-resolution derangement. Massive breakdowns featuring enormous synthetic ambiences have been realized.

Despoin chooses to close the release with "Kinematics". A track whose main elements are a lush stab-action paired with a laid-back groove, aimed for after-hours use....

E-Missions co-founder P.Leone returns to Radio Slave’s Rekids this September with ‘The My Lita Project’ backed with remixes from Mark Broom and Spencer Parker. 

Originally hailing from New York, P.Leone now resides in Berlin where he helms his E-Missions imprint with releases from himself and co-founder Caiazzo, exciting new artists like Rush Plus and Tred, not to mention remixes from Young Male, Spencer Parker and Lawrence Lee. Leone has also dropped a variety of releases on Rekids and Work Them Records, when not making regular appearances at clubs like Tresor and ://about blank. He now returns to Radio Slave’s respected imprint with ‘The My Lita Project’, following up his highly lauded ‘El Dorado’ EP that garnered support from Ben Sims, Jackmaster and Spencer Parker. 

‘My Lita’ kicks things off with classic synths, piercing strings and choppy vocals slices whilst robust drums march forward. Meanwhile, ‘Tight In The Pocket’ is more dark and menacing in comparison with its syncopated percussion, echoing claps and ethereal atmospherics. 

On the flip, Mark Broom drops two different remixes of ‘My Lita’; the first is a robust cut complete with disco elements like funky guitar licks and soulful voice, with the original’s stabs shining throughout, whilst the second remix takes a different route with its crunchy snares, moaning murmurs and fuzzy effects. Spencer Parker rounds things off with a remix of his own, chopping up the original’s vox whilst sultry pads join thumping kicks and quivering melodies.

„Tension' is easily one of Andre Crom's most played tracks of the past months. Its name could not be more adept, as this track works really well to create an atmosphere of intensity and fills every dancefloor.

in the last 6 years until today, when the time allows him^^, he´s trying to mix techno or tech house music but the way to perfection is endless long ;)


dieser typ hier ist seit´95 total techno süchtig, er liebt ebenfalls jungle und tech house und um ruhe zu finden, drum n bass und electronica. in den letzten 6 jahren bis heute, wenn es ihm die zeit erlaubt^^, versucht er techno oder tech house zu mixen aber der weg zur perfektion ist unendlich lang ;)
