Wow. 200 Episodes already! We would like to thank our beloved community from the bottom of our hearts for the incredible support. No words can describe the feeling to see our passion project receiving approval from such a wonderful, engaging and steadily growing crowd. It is wonderful too, that our fun concept can motivate our most favourite artists to deliver 200 incredibly delicious cocktails of electronic music over the past 5 years. Looking at the lineup for 2022, we're not lying if we tell you it's gonna be even better!

Ben and Flo created Schirmchendrink together. And while recording their first Schirmchendrink episode, their current collab was born: Gimérique.

Even tough it got a little quiet these days around the duo with releases on Sound Avenue or Harabe Records, they have lots of music coming up soon including collaborations with amazing talents they met, guess what, on their Schirmchendrink journey. 

It's amazing to have you guys back together behind the meanwhile world-famous Schirmchendrink bar counter. While Carribbean Cask was a link to Ben's favorite drink, they brewed something special for the 200 episode anniversary. It's delicious ingredients bring their special craft IPA notes of dreamy yet always groovy deep house pearls. As usual, their storytelling approach adds its unique touch to another fantastic Gimérique ride.

What better way to start this dark cold winter month then with a light and warm new Mbuki Mvuki Mix?! It gets even better.... Because it’s Lara Schick that wiggled and jiggled with her precise fingers to create this delicate story and she has a nose for those special tunes. This mix turned out so sweet you’ll just want to push repeat

Lara Schick got highly inspired in the electronic scene by mostly the “unknown” work of artists. While she was diving into all these masterpieces of bleeps and drums and synths all she wanted was to dance on these tunes in the club too. She found herself very disappointed one day by the music selection on a festival in 2017. So she decided to challenge herself believing 'I can do better then this!'. Lara bought DJ equipment as soon as she got back and two weeks later she played her first set on a private party. Guess what? Two months later she had her first gig in a club! 

Apparently it wasn’t just Lara that was looking for a different sound and I can only agree! I was blown away by her original, deep and groovy sound selection the first time I laid my ears on her and am very delighted Lara is now proud part of the Mbuki Mvuki Movement! More powerful women yes please!

Being a part of the @rebelliondertraumer and @station-endlos-halle crews and having launched her own label project @tipping-point-music in recent months, one can always be curious what this versatile artist has in store for us next.

Es war kurz nach 10.
Die MainStage hatte gerade ihre letzten Töne von sich gegeben als sich eine kleine Menge an Leuten vor uns in der Jurte versammelte. Wir spielten schon seit etwas mehr als einer Stunde. 
Viertel nach 10 und wir stellen mit Erstaunen fest, dass niemand in dieser Jurte am reden war.
Die Augen waren geschlossen.
Barfüßig schwebten die Menschen über die Teppiche.
Kuschelnd lagen oder saßen sie im Raum verteilt.
Es war eine perfekte Landung.

Diese Nacht wird uns beiden noch sehr lange in schönster Erinnerung bleiben. 

Wir freuen uns die gefühlvollen Klänge der Entschleunigung, aus der Sonntagnacht, mit euch zu teilen und träumen uns und euch in die Jurte zurück.

Mit nur 3 Monaten Verspätung kommt hier endlich das Re-Recording vom Zugvögel Set. Es war ganz ganz besonders für uns beide, auf unserem absoluten Lieblingsfloor hinter den Decks stehen zu dürfen. Genau dieser Floor hat uns damals in den Downtempo entführt und ist nach wie vor einer der besten Festival-Floors für intime Momente, um sich treiben zu lassen und Luftschlösser zu bauen 🏰💭

Wenn wir an die verregnete Nacht im Juli zurückdenken, bekommen wir immer noch Gänsehaut. Ein riesen Dankeschön an alle Friends für den sweeten Support, am Tag selbst und in den Wochen danach. Wir hatten richtig hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit im Augenwinkel ❤️

Probably conceived but definitely raised in his daddy's VW T3, Horst Haller tasted from early on the sweet promise of a life aside from middle-class burdens and stuffily limitations. Several years ago he experienced the enchanting pull of the mystical nights and days at electronic music festivals. What has most shook his consciousness was this new, loving encounter of community, which is resembled by those playful nights, when strangers meet under the shivering roofs of trees and stars. By combining eclectic genre mix he's reenacting these experiences of togetherness in the uniting strength of deep rhythms and heavy percussions.
