Taken of Bootleg Vol 1. On this one Mr. Fat of BVK (Brasse Vannie Kaap) fame drops some knowledge on GHETTO PIMP show. The G.H.E.T.T.O. P.I.M.P. Show ran  from 8-10 PM every Monday on 104.5FM (UCT Radio). The format of how the show is run is as a mixture of music and talk - some weeks weighing more on the talk side and others vice versa. The show's name is an acronym for "Giving Healing Education Through Teaching One Principles to Improve Mental Position" and is the Faculty's platform for open discussions and educational talks, interviews etc. that relate to hiphop itself, local hiphoppers, DJ's events etc. The show is hosted by DJ Eazy and DJ Azuhl. T H E G H E T T O B O O T L E G S E R I E S The Ghetto Bootleg Series is a projects started by the Faculty as an attempt to spread a positive message in the hiphop community in South Africa and wherever the bootleg may spread. The series is a community bootleg project aiming at correcting the misconceptions of hiphop in South Africa, while at the same time giving unsigned hiphop MCs exposure.

The first, second and third are available for purchase/copying at present, however, they are not available in commercial music stores. The reason for this is that by bootlegging the CD, the Faculty will side-step the (somewhat greedy and corrupt) industry completely, allowing the price to remain as low as possible in order to get the message of positive hiphop into the community.

Hip Hop Education South Africa formerly known as Faculty of Hip Hop is an South African based NGO who has since 2002 used the art form of hip hop as a tool education through mediums such as television, radio, seminars, workshops, park jams, events and recorded work. 
The organisation strives to use the powerful medium of hiphop culture as a tool for youth upliftment and promoting sustainable development in various communities. The medium is channelled through a range of projects hosted by the organisation in fulfilling its aims.

HIP HOP EDUCATION SOUTH AFRICA trading as the Faculty of Hip Hop has since 2003 undertaken various projects that includes:

H.H.E.S.A where also instrumental in producing South Africa's first Afrikaans hip hop show on KYKNET called HIP HOP. The series ran for four seasons of 16 epsisodes with repeats and was hosted by MR.FAT of B.V.K fame who is instrumental in the existence of the organisation. The G.H.E.T.T.O. P.I.M.P ( Giving Healing Education Through Teaching One Principles Improving Mental Position) show was another brainchild of H.H.E.S.A that ran from 2003 - 2008 on U.C.T Radio that featured live dj sets, interviews and debates around music, politcs and social concerns.The Faculty of Hiphop's radio show is currently negotiating its on-air slot on the radio and, although its future format is currently uncertain, the show is by no means finished!
