At the beginning of this cycle
I had such cloudy eyes
unformed, a droplet in the sky

When I came upon the vast sea, no other path in sight
the water seemed to welcome me, shining in the light
so with its passing waves, I felt ready to cross the channel of life

I was diluted…
by the moisture that washed off my disguise
I waded through a whirlpool
unsuspecting of the tide
thrown to the current I was flooded with fears
gasping and grasping for anything near
And with the rain that poured i fell

And as I was sinking, with hands reaching out, I was given an oar
