Very interesting! This is obviously a Decca pressing, not an Edison Bell one, so maybe the old factory was "locked up" or inoperative by this time. I've seen a few like this from the red label period.

Here's my 1933 Crown label 78 by Walter Feldkamp & His Orchestra playing a tune featured both in Paramount's A BED TIME STORY and INTERNATIONAL HOUSE. This is the tune playing as W.C Fields and Peggy Hopkins Joyce (separately) change to go to bed.
