Walter Krausgrill's orchestra enjoyed a long residency during the mid-late 1920s at the Balconades Ballroom, 1319 Market Street, San Francisco. Despite being popular with dancers and radio audiences, the band's recording career was limited to a single session for Okeh in Los Angeles in 1928 which produced two titles. Vocal refrains on both are courtesy of Charles W. Hamp, "the California Blue Boy."
