Hip Hop You Don't Stop community festival marks its 18th edition and the Montreal Loop Sessions, founding chapter of a worldwide beatmaking event series, is up to their 73rd edition happening September 14th, crate by Simb0.
We were live at Union Française de Montreal for the Loop Sessions HHYDS Cypher, during our annual Elementakiza gathering, Sunday September 18th!
In 2020, both entities collaborated to create an innovative concept: a rap cypher over freshly produced beats, and now we're bringing it back, in person! A handful of beats will be selected from the previous night, and MCs will spit their best bars or freestyle to each track in a set of rounds. A fantastic conclusion to ELEMENTAKIZA!

Le festival des arts urbains Hip Hop You Don’t Stop à été mis sur pied dans le but de proposer des alternatives positives à des jeunes issus des quartiers Côte-des-Neiges et Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, ayant des prédispositions à fréquenter les milieux criminels. En leur offrant la chance de participer à diverses activités reliées au domaine des arts et plus spécifiquement de la culture Hip Hop, ce programme fait en sorte de canaliser l'énergie de ces jeunes d'une façon constructive.
