It was an absolute pleasure to headline such an incredible event and play 2 hours of peak time trance, with a mix of new and old for good measure. Blueprint is one of those special events that just feels like a private party amongst mates, you absolutely can't beat these nights, the vibe and atmosphere is bang on, and it's free entry! Trance in the Woods 2024, what a blast! 

The Mr Trippy Ice Cream van was tucked away into a perfectly themed spot in the secret woodland area and boy did we have fun. It was nice to revisit our chunky techy sound and pick up the tempo on the day, ready for Mike Beaumont to lash out some bangers straight after. A huge thanks to everyone who came to support us, the vibe in there was incredible. We won’t be forgetting this one in a hurry!

Wow! That was something else! Right up there with some of best moments I’ve enjoyed behind the decks over the years. Almost two decades on from first setting foot in the The Emporium to have to opportunity to close out what was an incredible Trancecoda event on that main stage can only be described as the stuff dreams are made of, a huge honor and privilege, and a gig I certainly won’t forget in a hurry. A huge thank you to Adam Jukes and the rest of the Trancecoda team for this opportunity and for making dreams happen, and a huge thank you to everyone who stayed for my set and gave it everything right until the last beat, you lot were incredible 😍 This one is going to take a while to sink in!

So here it is! My set recorded LIVE from The Trance Empire @ Plot 22, Sheffield on Saturday 5th April. It has to be said that this event was an absolute cracker. Great venue & soundsystem, a packed dancefloor, belting tunes, incredible sets all around and most of all a boat load of fun! 

A huge thanks to Christian Michaels for the booking, to all the Plot 22 staff and to everyone who came to support me, what a crowd you were!

I think this set encompasses a lot of what I'm about at the moment, a perfect blend of old and new, some Hiddenagenda favourites and some belting new tunes. Topped off with a few trademark classics touches for good measure.

LIVE @ OTR 'Journey Through Trance' Classics 2016 - (ERA: 2007-2009)

Eivissa is the harvest of a four man tug of war with Scott Lowe & High Definition vs Hiddenagenda all locking horns in the studio and flexing their muscles for release fifty-seven on Inov8! 

A very well rounded single that has it all, melodic bliss, crunching beats and a thriller of a bass line! New blood Mark Nails completes Eivissa with a finely crafted, soothing prog-trance rendition!

The original mix boasts pulsating undertones, electrifying stabs, silky driving percussion, fantastic melodic work and enough energy to lift any crowd! Steady tension building all the way into the breakdown where Eivissa comes to light with an emotive top line, bringing back in with an almighty bang in the climax! Don't miss this one!

Mark Nails completes the flip and turns the original on its head! Stripping away a little of the energy, Marks takes a more progressive route with a funky minimal glitched bassline, gorgeous plucked lead and a very inspired vocal led breakdown! Keep an eye on this lad!

Hiddenagenda are the Sheffield based trance duo behind some of the most uplifting, euphoric, and powerful trance & progressive sets you will have heard in recent years!

They met in early 2005 and shortly after Hiddenagenda were born. Although relatively young, they both possessed a wealth of knowledge and talent, which only strengthened as the pair joined forces. Their individual styles benefit hugely from each other and their combined knowledge of tune selection, their immaculate mixing ability and their extensive experience of the clubbing scene makes them one of the strongest duos about.

Both keen clubbers from an early age, and part of Crashers loyal following, they have seen and learnt exactly how to get the most out of a crowd. Frequenting the countries dance floors over the years has armed them with experience and knowledge that allows them to create their own energetic and electric atmosphere every time.

They found musical inspiration originally from the likes of Armin van Buuren, Paul van Dyk, Matt Hardwick, Markus Schulz and Jon O’Bir to name a few, and over time have used this to create their own cutting-edge sound that continues to destroy the dance floors around the country. Their style is driven by big basslines and uplifting melodies with tech-influences, ranging from progressive warm-ups to their now legendary big room peak time sets. With a genuine enthusiasm for the music driving their performances and keeping the energy on the dance floor at a constant high, they will take you on a musical journey that will leave you gagging for more. 

Having made their name at Gatecrasher's infamous Howard pre-parties back in 2005/06 and with multiple appearances for the Sheffield based trance night OTR (Off the Rails), this pair really exploded onto the scene becoming firm favourites with many clubbers and gaining a mass of followers around the North of England. On the back of this success OTR snapped up the duo as residents for their return to the scene in late 2009, a night they still run successfully to this day. 

The duo have had a string of high-profile gigs; the highlights being a competition win of a set at the prestigious Trance Awards hosted by Trackitdown at Ministry of Sound, numerous bookings for Nu-Passion, Passion’s UK Indoor Festival, Magna Phase II at the huge Magna arena, Gareth Emery’s very own Northern Lights Concert, 2 appearances on Goodgreef’s Ibiza Boat Party as well as Goodgreef UK bookings, multiple appearances at Leeds based Digital Society, the Garuda 3rd Anniversary and a number of bookings at Birmingham’s Godskitchen, most notably a main room debut at SixFiveTwelve.

After a brief hiatus the pair landed back with a bang in 2022 warming up the Trancecoda Paul van Dyk event in Sheffield, a gig which marked the start of an exciting new chapter in their career to date. 

Coming armed with some of the most up-front tunes, some forgotten classics, and the ability to create an atmosphere like few others, be ready for a night to remember!
