Yubik has been part of our Radikon label family since day one. It's a pleasure to work with this super talent and we are proud to have him back at Radikon for catalogue number 49. Yubik's new split EP 'Human Aura' and 'Dance Alone' features fantastic remixes by Massano, Dahu and Hidden Empire.

Floating in an ocean of infinite splendour arrives 'Human Aura', an outstanding first class masterpiece even for a marvelous producer as Yubik himself with such a manifold library of hits on his back.

A goosebumpy ride awaits within the title track, heavy melodies and vocals cuts hit right into the feels. The severe Massano treatment takes 'Human Aura' deeper into the night and overflows with lust for stroboscopes and smoke machines.

Yubik teams up with the smooth voice of SANDHAUS for 'Dance Alone', blending heartbreaking vocals with melancholic arpeggio patterns into a dance floor ballad of its own kind. Two very diverse interpretations round up the record, one gloomy yet accelerating take by Radikon bedrock Dahu, followed up by no one less than the melodic techno powerhouse Hidden Empire, who deliver yet another hymn for the dancers around the globe.

Where to start, this Fusion was really special for us. 
We had the closing slot on Saturday morning on the stage we always wanted to play on, the "Turmbühne". 
When we came on stage we never expected so many people! Unfortunately, it was not possible for us to play a live set because we couldn't see anything on our instruments due to the strong sunlight☀️ Instead, we played a DJ set with only our own tracks and your reaction to each one was just overwhelming. We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts - this is a gig we will probably never forget❤️‍🔥

Label stalwarts Hidden Empire are back at it this winter with the first volume to their new diptych release. Comprised of three cuts that span the pair's sonic universe far and wide, 'Beyond The Realm' packs the very kind of hair-raising fuego to turn any dance floor upside down and have you zoning out to unknown spheres in the blink of an eye. Inspired by a journey to Mexico during which they could experience the country's deeply mystic atmosphere and its vibrant, colourful culture, this new effort's aim was to "catch the spirit of the time, infusing it with a danceable rhythm that wraps around you like a hypnotic spell" the duo explains. All about "embracing the now" and "creating an emotional journey that's both introspective and irresistibly groovy", 'Beyond The Realm' summons the hi-NRG chug of heavy-duty techno wares and laces it up with a tang of balearic-flavoured melancholy and thunder ous EBM/dubstep, wobbling with menacing presence as the groove unfolds, languid and sensual. 

Attacking pedal to the metal, the title-track is archetypal Hidden Empire at its most driving and mesmerising. Fusing the washed-out serenity of coastal house with rogue dubstep outbursts and modular-like escapology, all treated to a gridlocked 4x4 pattern that creates this sort of unsuspected floor alchemy, 'Beyond The Realm' encompasses the pair's motto to a T, full with that "melancholy that uplifts, that makes you want to dance through the bittersweet moments". A more prog-minded affair, the second number 'Take You For A Ride' reels off a straightforward tech-housey groove and fleshes it out with synth-heavy, peak-time-ready breaks and drops that get the adrenaline rushing wildly as the tension builds up and swoops down upon you like a bird of prey. Shutting the blinds on this new transmission, the Italo-infused 'Wanna Dance' rounds it all off on a supremely sexy finale of whispered sensuality, steely keyboard onslaughts and proper thrilling sequencing, swinging the pendulum between unbridled backroom cheekiness and relentless autobahn-surfing vibrations.

A few months on from his debut iteration on Stil vor Talent, Italian producer Matteo Rivetto returns to the fold with his followup EP, 'The Beginning'.

Named so because it is the first song that caught the attention of Paul from HVOB, Matteo's friend and mentor in the world of music, 'The Beginning' is about the commencement of a new chapter for Matteo, from which he gained the spirit and strength to pursue his dreams of music production and fulfill his potential. An electronic re-edit of a song from his band / side-project Extravaganza, the track pulsates with a distinctively brooding atmosphere and soulful melancholy, both sensually muted and hypnotic to the full - making it the ideal companion for these in-limbo moments, suspended halfway contemplative stasis and floor-friendly dynamism. In the hands of Hidden Empire, the song morphs into a pumped-up bulldozer, pulling out the hefty arp artillery along with a brutal offload of FX-soaked acid bass maneuvers and obsessive synth stabs from way deep.

Stil vor Talent protégés Hidden Empire are making a comeback with their eagerly anticipated new effort, 'Move It', and it's safe to say this new single is some kind of turning point for the duo. As the pair explains, 'Move It' came to be after "we played several shows and realized that our current sound no longer resonated with us. We felt a need for a fresh direction—something different from our usual style. We were craving a more techy and groovy vibe, characterized by shorter breaks and simpler melodies." Tracing back to their roots and revisiting "some of our older productions, which had a raw energy that we wanted to bring back", Hidden Empire also used the experience gathered from recent trips across India to shape this new sound: resolutely more aggressive, rugged and flush with "pumping, old-school vibes - perfectly suited for the dancefloor". All in curvy yet lethal bass undulations, robotic funk and ominous synth shards on a dystopian tip, the title-track has us surfing a rogue wave of EBM-ish proto techno custom-built for hi-intensity mosh pit navigation, whereas 'Enemies' trades the lead single's anthemic and Moroder'esque throb for a further stealthy piece of club dark arts. As howling machines and squelchy bass ripples lace their blazing cry, we're being steered right into the mouth of an absolute furnace of sound and fury. No surrender.

Third salvo in our 20th anniversary series, here comes the much anticipated revamp of 'Copal' courtesy of label stalwarts, Hidden Empire. A true milestone in the evolution of Stil vor Talent, Oliver Koletzki's slo-burning classic 'Copal' gets a massive update from the experimented duo, dishing out the kind of top-to-bottom facelift that'll leave ravers on their toes throughout this six-minute-shy epic.

Holding onto the original's "catchy vocal and memorable hook", Hidden Empire rebuilt the track from the foundations up, fleshing it out with bass-heavy muscle, propulsive machine funk and strapping rhythms set to peak-time obliteration mode. Tapping in an "energetic vibe that feels right at home in the club while still preserving the atmospheric depth of the original", the pair morphs Koletzki's opiated mindtrip into an unstoppable club crusher, ready to take on any dance floor and get the crowd zoning out to a brutal collision of hi-velocity electro motifs, and meditation-friendly oriental strings and incantatory vocals.

Hidden Empire and Channel X go back to back productionwise and set off a joint release with 6 original dancefloorready compositions. Apocalyptic vocals proclaim (This is) 'Not the End' in the analogously entitled track, triggering the release on a dynamic and fast paced tone. With a playful groove laden with descending synths, the piece buzzes along on a backdrop of alternating noise leads.
'Dinosaurs in Space' evokes a far away land through cavernous soundscapes and metallic rattles, ranking as the series’ most spacious sounding cut. Pairing mechanical subsynths with high pitched bits and blobs, 'Elephants & Ants' plays on contrasting elements as the murky melody unfolds in a steadfast fashion. After mainly focusing on their live performance.

Channel X return to the studio to dole out a matching set of three aptly crafted arrangements. An amalgamation of shadowy soundframes make up 'Before Midnight', a deep tech exploration complemented by matchingly eerie vocals.
Spirited synths and a boiling bassline are the central tenets of 'Lift off', as the melody rolls out gradually. 'Waves' brings together slices of undulating synths and wobbly sound articulations, all in an upwinding manner. With a groovy vocal sample, the track deftly morphs into a movementinducing frenzy.
