Our 19th episode welcomes @sarkis_mikael, a music producer and DJ who creates eclectic electronic music. The Los Angeles based artist has taken crowds from Los Angeles to Dubai on journeys of physical abandon and inner discovery via his therapeutic, globally-influenced rhythms and melodies.  

Sarkis’ releases on The Soundgarden, Sol Selectas, Hoomidaas and other labels of note touch dance music’s subterranean reaches, drawing out the listener’s emotional core through organic instrumentation and synthetic exploration.

Inspired by amazing travels, and having met many beautiful human beings, as well as attending festivals and experiencing Burning Man several times, we felt like doing something similar for the community in Switzerland.

From discovering electronic music in the rubble of Lebanon's civil war, to diving head first into Brooklyn's underground house music scene, Pierre shaped his sound through his experiences and manifested them into a musical journey of deep hypnotic beats, tribal rhythmic progressions, and soulful otherworldly vocals. His combination of futuristic organic elements, growling bass-lines, and Balearic grooves are rooted in nostalgic callbacks to the early defining days of electronic music. Today he takes us in a beautiful journey that is sure to enlighten our horizons.

Alex Twin has had releases on some of the biggest labels in the organic and melodic house world; All Day I Dream and Pipe & Pochet just to name a few. 

Playing a mix of Electronic , Afro House and Melodic Techno vibes to fit each venue, he also held residencies at Palm Beach Ibiza, Cala Bassa Ibiza, Elephant Ibiza and Café Mambo Ibiza.Sharing the decks alongside big names like Adriatique, H.O.S.H , Oxia, Laolu , FNX Omar, Megablast and many others, he developed his own sound and style. Before making the move to the UAE 7 years ago, becoming a full time DJ and producer and Coya’s rising star.
