Originally from Japan and based in Boston, singer-songwriter/DJ/producer Saucy Lady has released stellar singles across notable imprints like Star Creature, Soul Clap, and Midnight Riot. Her genre-fluid music exudes an attitude of confidence and sensuality, channeling the free self-expression celebrated in the Disco era.

Saucy Lady’s newest single on ABC, 星の砂 | Hoshi no Suna (Stardust), is a catchy mid-tempo dancer sung in Japanese with alluring Boogie influences. Given City Pop’s tremendous resurgence in the States and Japan, this lovable record has strong international appeal.

Melbourne band-scene heavies Au Dré (Audrey Powne & James Bowers) blast onto the gulf with their debut vinyl release in sync with Record Store Day. Late in 2016 they launched a self-titled, self-released CD that smashed the barriers of both time and taste with a boogie-fuelled, synth-pop jaunt through decidedly jazzy landscapes. Peppered with sultry stories and New Jack Swing-uendo (if that wasn't a thing, it now is) the EP hit local airwaves hard, the single 'Wanna Know" catching the attention of label boss Benny Badge who signed it on sight and joins Audrey on secondary track "Wonder". Get it while it's hot!
