A come back of Hidden Vibes music label with the concept of Web 3.0 music and blockchain tech. It required from us quite a long tine of new tech education, community building and music NFT marketplace development.  And here we are with our first ‘hybrid’ release. 

From now we are building all label’s future music development on the collectible spirit of music. That’s why half of the EP’s we release would be always limited in the amount of copies available for sale. And that’s what blockchain tech allows us to do today. That’s what we call “hybrid” release. The idea behind is to release EP when half of the tracks would go through standard distribution chains but the other half would be available only on blockchain in the format of music NFT with limited copies. 

The first drop is headed by unique and well-known Berlin based talent Cook Strummer. A music riot with Belgian roots famous for a rock’n’roll spirit live gigs. Since his debut album in 2018 on LOK Recordings, he has had high profile support from the likes of Laurent Garnier and Adam Port. For us this is a huge step to bring a big talent from physical world to web3music space. 2 tracks that go as music NFTs are incredible and are must to be collected by electronic music heads. 

Let’s bring back the collectible spirit of music back that allows us to unlock the potential of secondary market sales. Like vinyl editions but in digital format. With the new tech we have a chance to improve the incomes from music sales.

Hidden Vibes family hits again with a very "dance to my beat" Leaving Traces EP. And again with the deep mix of live instruments, unexpected vocals and pulsing analog synths. Roma Moss draws a picture of rhythmic guitar dancing around pulsing analog synth and then powers it with live violin making the track sounds huge. hOlY joins with her magic deep vocal and that was the point when the whole our family shout: "Oh, yeah, this is it!" Zoo Brazil supports the release with a magic stunning work so well developed in dynamic and growing power - the real branded sound for which we are very thankful. And then there is also FREE.D remix who again experiment with the his version density - huge amount of details but still saving the groovy mood. 
So that's our number 6 - a very long way for that release producing ends here and here is her Majesty Music with its power. Dance You!

Roma Moss took that challenge following his tradition to put classy groovy full of percussion soundtrack behind pulsing melody of the live instrument. Easy, stylish and inspiring. A very solid carefully crafted 3 tracker is coming from FREE.D. A full of feelings journey with sometimes unexpected vibes and may be more underground than usually FREE.D produces but still with so many interesting details that make you wonder with a power of sound. FREE.D comments that he just felt like this those days: a bit darker mood with some unsure perspectives and the music was the only way to clear the mind. As we suppose 2 tracks from this Hawkeye EP are the part of future album that he is developing these days. 

So what really stands out here is "Sequoia Galloping" with its unusual structure and really interesting technique behind the beat. "Cowboys After All" is a wired breakbeat track with some wild vocals - a guy is literally chewing a gum - just like we saw in our favourite western movies. And "Solo Trail" surprises with a deep atmosphere and then some high freq sounds are just taking you out from it - great combination. Taking that journey for sure is a step to another mood that you currently have - that's 100%% about Hawkeye EP. The Lift!

We salute Fall 2019 with the opening EP Fantasia from our talent Mik Kartl. As always with his driving beats and sharp stabs - all for the rhythms. The first track Fantasia with very fresh and waking up sound has a 90-s echo touch. Something from Faithless early vibes you hear here when the vocal part starts. Mixed with sharp claps with multiple delay FX on them is just hitting you on the dance floor in the very right place. Friday has almost the same vibe pattern with kind of Thriller snare in the middle but this time mixed with more heavy synths. Mik also adds some piano improvisation being a big fan of Chicago classics. With this EP we would say that Mik Kartl formed his own style growing from track to track on our eyes. A pleasure to see such a passion. Remix support for Fantasia comes from another young talent Somersault whom we first discovered on Suprematic Sounds platform through his free downloads. Somersault created an interpretation in a minimal style pushing more on rolling beats and drum fillers plus unusual pitch solutions on pads - a kind of hypnotic atmosphere as a result here which we like for hidden vibes for sure. We dance again!
