As you bring your attention down to the core, bring up a pale silver light while simultaneously connecting your consciousness past the galaxy into the blue sun, bringing a pale blue light down through your heart. 

Now, see the pale silver and light blue mixing together in the center of your heart. Exhale down and out of your arms and send the light codes through your palms, creating a silvery blue sphere around your food.
