Produced by the infamous Illinformed, ‘Eden’ is the first song that Fliptrix penned on returning to music after a hiatus that saw him relocate to another country, in search of a brighter future.

With the extended break came a flurry of new insights, primed for the right moment in time. The result is quintessential Fliptrix; 10/10 penmanship made up of spiralling references rooted in the aforementioned quest for paradise and the various life changes that comprise a brand new way of being.

On the day that Fliptrix celebrates his ninth solo album release (‘Mantra No. 9’ OUT NOW) he offers up ‘Gratitude’ as a THANK YOU to the scene and the many people who helped along the way.

The track sees Fliptrix pay his respects, showing gratitude to everyone who played a part in the journey to date; from the fans, to friends and family, but moreover, the OGs who laid the foundations for the scene as we know it today.

With a heady mix of spiritual and esoteric references, ‘Gratitude’ champions learning, evolution, staying true, and is steadfast in the view that visualising the rise is always better than fearing the fall.
