New mix alert from the experienced duo David Mack & Tropical Breeze. Ninety-plus minutes of a deep journey full of Balearic and house rhythms, directly from their big collection of hidden gems. In their own words:

For us, DJing as a duo is all about creating something that is bigger than the sum of the parts. It is a social, collaborative and learning experience. It allows us to discover new music, make connections and explore possibilities that individually we might not have found. But, what we love most about the process is sharing this experience with others, either on the dancefloor, in the bar, or online. 

For this mix, we dug deep, combining new music and highlights from our music histories. Much like when playing live, our selection veers from looser organic sounds into clear dancefloor territory. We wanted to focus on certain themes (dub, 'tropical', Latin influences), while wedded to a 4/4 disco chug, retaining some finer detail that may get lost in a live setting.

Thank you Highlife for the opportunity to share our mix with your listeners, and to bridge the gap between Australia and Argentina in this way. Happy listening and lets continue the party together!
