Weheartbeat is very excited to be celebrating their 4 year anniversary labelled FOUR YEARS OF LIFE + LOVE + BEATS at the end of April 2016. As a part of this celebration we'll see the Mellow Orange Crew all the way from LA showcasing their music and knowledge in a series of live events and workshops to be hosted in Johannesburg and Cape Town.

In celebration of the tour we have put together a four part mix series curated by both Mellow orange and Weheartbeat. The 3rd mix is done by Freddie Joachim & Just Themba.

Always an avid listener and collector of hip hop, jazz, and soul music, Freddie finally began djing in his early high school years, which slowly progressed into recording and production. Since then, he has continued to produce music featuring such artists as, Aloe Blacc, Blu, Grap Luva, LMNO, Kev Brown, Joey Bada$$, Carlitta Durand, and has had his music mentioned by Erykah Badu, Phonte, Slum Village, and more. His production has been featured on major television networks such as MTV and NBC, as well as licensed songs with many popular brands and companies, including DC Shoes, Nike, Adidas, Monster Energy, K-Swiss, and more.  

Just Themba is a dj based in Johannesburg and forms part of Weheartbeat and Low Key Crew.
