In a grim, dystopian future, a mysterious and deadly plague known as 'Black Cough' spreads across the world, leaving entire cities in ruin. Desperate to save her city and stop the Black Cough, Lena embarks on a perilous journey to find the lab and recover the lost research. As she ventures deeper into the unknown, Lena uncovers dark secrets about the origin of the Black Cough, forcing her to confront the moral cost of finding a cure.
