Amoss step into lively territories with their 2014 return to Horizons Music. This single sees a VIP rework of their 2013 collaboration with MCJC, Bleed It, originally featured on the Dreamthief 4 LP. This rework brings a complete change in groove and mood to the table, incorporating a more syncopated beat with a much deeper bass presence. 
Calokan is a throwback to the duo’s early Horizons Music releases, but with an added twist. The dramatic and textural intro paired with an array of odd field recordings makes for an intense atmosphere whilst maintaining a heavy underlying sub laden roll. Those that are familiar with Amoss will know all too well that the second drop always has something special in store, in this case a straight, two step beat smashes through the breakdown, adding a huge switch up to the overall energy of this track.

With outings on Noisia’s Invisible and Klute’s Commercial Suicide in a few short months, the Aussie has very quickly emerged and established himself on the scene, with a penchant for stone cold beats and gnarly low end synthesis.

Comprised of four tracks (two solo, two with Sach in collab), Dauntless pays homage to the early 2000s tech sound, with a refreshed delivery primed for the current day; with tightly constructed drums and a graceful control over anarchic frequencies.

Nucleus & Paradox have always been a worthy pairing and their next release for Metalheadz, which is split into 2 parts, once again proves it. Their 2005 single on the label is switched up across both parts, with ’12 Bits’ getting a Mako remix whilst the duo themselves present a new take on ‘Aragon’, bringing a fresh spark to the original.

The two remaining tracks on the EP are originals, with both showcasing exquisite breaks and twisted basslines throughout. Artwork from Vodker completes the ‘Wrath EP’ package.

Andy Skopes was an amazing talent and his time with us was tragically cut short when he passed away from cancer earlier this year. Andy had slowly been solidifying his reputation with a slew of releases on drum and bass heavyweights such as Metalheadz, V Recordings, Dispatch and Inperspective Records.

It is with great pride we bring you 'Where I'm From' featuring Goldfat's own Mr Porter who regularly MC'd with Andy at his Croydon residency, Spectrum. This track started life over 5 years ago as a free download on Soundcloud but Andy had always said he wanted to do a refix with some vocals from Mr Porter.

When Mr P heard the tracks brooding bassline and melancholy piano keys he decided the lyrics should reflect his and Andy's hometown, Croydon, hence 'Where I'm From'.

6 hypnotic minutes of rolling breaks, emotive pads and twist ing basslines that soar high taking the listener on an out of body experience, demonstrating Andy's raw talent and reminding us why he will be so missed by the scene.

With the blessing of Andy's family all profits will go directly to Cancer Research UK.

Anticlockwise Music proudly presents the long-awaited comeback of Moa, one of our most representative creators. Hailing from Italy he is a well-known artist in Spain where he has been living for ages. 

As a producer Moa published all his music exclusively with us between 2014 and 2016, adding up a total of 15 tracks. His first tune 'Tamoy' (ACW001) is one of the label´s  classics. He literally shaped the style of the imprint with cuts such as 'Tunnel Vision', 'Pathfinder', or 'The Sinner' and then he switched off the computer and spent the following four years surfing in the south of Spain, as you do. The lockdown forced him to stay at home and this release is the result of what he was up to during the confinement.  

'Infected Planet' EP (ACW031) is an ambitious five tracker in which he develops different ideas by using his signature blend of funky darkness and sonic wizardry. You can tell this man has been listening to Drum & Bass for more than two decades. You´'ll find no cheese, no shortcuts and many original surprises in his second EP to be released on Anticlockwise Music.

ACW031: Moa – Infected Planet EP

Dimo Panguelov (Mocks) and Martin Popov (Konspirator) are certainly among the most emblematic artists on the Bulgarian electronic scene. Then and there, at the dawn of this relatively young musical trend, the two of them take a firm stand among the front line of the Bulgarian organization for drum and bass culture - H.M.S.U. (in 2003 and 2005, respectively). Both of them are sworn admirers of the unconventional rhythm and, even though each of them follows a different path, they share a common addiction to music. With care and effort they find and attend all events in the subject area, and constantly enrich their musical horizons. Not long after, their mutual motivation towards progress in music unites them in a stormy tandem. Under the wings of H.M.S.U., the two artists are forever bound and devoted to the bass intensive vibes.

The climax of over 10 years of musical advance ripens into a logical subsequent step – the formation of the project High Roll. With this new initiative, the duo aims to present to the audience its own production and vision. Underlying is the production of quality author’s music, as well as the development of conceptual projects together with local and international artists. 
The DJ combo proves fruitful and, over the years, the duo performs on a stage together with top notch artists, such as Amon Tobin, Andy C, DJ Fresh, DJ Hype, DJ SS, Faith No More, Goldie, LTJ Bukem, Moby, Noisia, Pendulum, The Prodigy, Roni Size, Sigma, Wu-Tang Clan, Wilkinson and many more. They have encountered a rather notable amount of foreign and local artists, DJs and events. In this way, they gain numerous opportunities to cultivate their musical interests and attain a high and confident position, which very few artists from the region could reach.  

The boys are now exclusively signed for the legendary drum and bass label Formation Records.
With DJ SS's solid imprint, the duo released their debut EP called “It's You” in 2013, followed by the “Roots Sound” EP in 2014. Dimo and Martin have also released their third EP for the historic label in September 2015. “Acid Chain EP” is sure to rock dance floors worldwide and cement High Roll’s name as one of the most exciting acts in the label. The duo has also participated with several other tracks in different compilations released again for Formation Records. All of their tunes are difficult to define, in terms of genre, yet, teasing the ears with a tasteful mixture of drum and bass, jazz, dub and reggae themes.
