Happy to present my opening hybrid DJ live set from Magic Garden Vol.3 – a day festival of community connection where the vibes were high all afternoon and evening. Included in the recording are my live vocal loops, didjeridoo and percussion. On this episode Matt sits down with Sky Cowans. Sky shares stories about wellness, spirituality, and alternative lifestyle with the intention to inspire personal wellbeing, curiosity, adventure, and unity through her channel Sky Life. Sky Life is a content-driven wellness brand on a mission to educate, inspire, and empower others to live their healthiest, happiest, most vibrant lives. It explores topics about health, wellness, and spirituality and provides high-quality content in the form of docu-vlog style videos, blog posts/articles, and social media content. Sky believes to be truly healthy and happy, we must understand ourselves on a soul level. 

During the conversation Matt and Sky discuss how Sky began creating video content and the origin story behind Sky Life. The two then jump into the topic of Ketamine, a disassociative psychedelic that has been gaining popularity recently, which Sky had recently made a documentary about. They discuss her intense journey with the compound, and the 'Light Language' that flowed through her during it. They then discuss Sky's time spent with Wim Hof, cold therapy & ice-baths in general, and finally some inspiring words for people who may be dealing with a creative block in their life.
