Carlo has been a steady force of deep house for the last 15 years with successful releases on over a dozen different labels. This latest foray on Lovedancing is one of his best. The entire EP is loosely influenced by The Neverending Story, apparent in the creative and enigmatic use of samples, inspired sounds, artwork and themes.

Every track is highly danceable, with the A-side title song taking front and center, utilizing an impressively complex layering of sounds and rhythm from the swung drums, to synth fills, to groaning siren sounds in the background.

The B-side finds the chunky and moody sounds of Gmork, and the disco-tinged Pyornkrachzark. A solid three tracker from start to finish that will find its home in many crates for an array of reasons

If Cerrone and Todd Terje rejoiced in coitus, Kx9000’s music would rise as their baby. His vision resonates in us: a silky dream filled with funk, where sexy reigns over his productions as a fierce but just ruler. Nurtured by Herbie Hancock, George Clinton or even Kraftwerk, Kx9000 approaches music as a desire while also attempting to remain as personal as can be during the conception of his current and future project.

KX9000 from Paris, France, makes his casita debut with an outstandig EP. “ASK Y” consists of three original tracks: “A Kiss” is a soulful House tune with a sexy vocal sample, a funky bassline and jazzy Rhodes piano solo. “Cryptobros” (ft. Berzingue) is a funky Deep House groover for the dancefloor, while “Early Fusion” is a more relaxed, stripped back tune between House and Modern Funk. French producer Plage 84 joins the EP with an experimental, jazzed up remix of “A Kiss”.

AFAMoo was born in 1995, and is a Japanse House Producer / DJ. In 2016 his 1st EP was released by Pogo House Records in London. Since then, releases has followed on labels like House Cookin' and RAWCAST, and in November 2018 his 3rd EP “You Called And Told Me” was released on 12 inch vinyl from Lobster Theremin, which we believe says a lot about a lot.
