Driven by her passion for uplifting electronic music, Berlin-based DJ charli/e has established her own mixing style, largely focused on energy-driven 90s, UK organ and progressive house, characterized by powerful synths and memorable lyrics. While aiming to keep her sets groovy and filled with vocals, she emphasizes a positive attitude towards music, reminding people that the dancefloor shouldn’t be taken too seriously.
Besides performing together with her best friend Shania as DJ duo SHACHA, charli/e has had the opportunity to play solo at various venues like Praterstraße (Vienna), Elipamanoke and Watergate Club.

About the mix:

"This mix is largely inspired by some of my favorite old-school house tracks. While most of them were released in the 90s, I love their timeless energy. This summer, after attending different festivals, I gained musical inspiration and got a clearer sense of the kind of sound I’m drawn to at events. As a result, this mix represents an ode to a summer full of sweet and sweaty dancefloor moments."

Hihat runs the PhonoVision party series with his friend, which has been around since 2017. His DJ sets are characterized by their varied selection and high energy - from slow to very high speeds, every style is allowed in his sets. 

HiHat has only mixed with vinyl since the beginning and is always trying to be one of the most innovative DJs in the scene. He is currently playing a lot of UK Hardcore which is definitely reflected in this mix.

HiHat, who co-founded PhonoVision Cologne together with Arno, has been deejaying since 2016 and is almost one of the scene veterans in Cologne despite his young age. At first his distinctive way of DJ'ing was viewed critically, but now his style is being recognised in the Rhineland and beyond.
