Sjoerd schouten has been active as a DJ and producer for quite some time now.
Since 2015, he has been releasing records together with Cibola (NL) under their ‘Infaam Konijn’ alias. Their productions - released on well-known labels such as ELEVATE, Riot Recordings, Motek, Crash!, Natura Viva and Dense Audio - have been supported by a wide variety of DJs such as Pig&Dan, Maksim Dark, Oxia, FrankyEffe and Dani Sbert.
In addition, Sjoerd played, both solo and with ‘Infaam Konijn’ at events and festivals in the Netherlands and abroad, sharing the stage with names such as PanPot, Reinier Zonneveld, Jay Lumen, Karotte, Boris Brejcha, Bart Skils, Secret Cinema and Egbert (live).
From 2022, he will also regularly release records under his own name and is working on a live set.

Hi :) My interests in electronic music dates back to Vangelis's release of Spiral in 1977 which I purchased in 1995. Since then, I have adopted my own tastes ranging from Natacha Atlas to Anggun to Mylene Farmer and Najoua Belyzel. I began collecting a series of various artists trance CD from Hamburg, Germany named Trancemaster in 1993 with the 6th release (Aural Brainfood), which was also being released on vinyl. I collected Trancemaster, Reactivate, Rave Mission, World of Trance, Rave Now Series and others. These days I prefer slower grooves. The tapes, around 40 overall were done in my home bedroom setup/studios (Coolbinia 1998 - 2000/Dianella 2000+) with just 2 separate regular yet different cd players and an old dusty 2 channel mixer with a crossfader.
