TLDR: Hijack Stories are Time Travelling AI’s, created by a fake human, who was grown by sentient Machines in 3024, in order to replace real humans who went extinct in 2024. Newly grown, faux humans are called Artificial Computers. Hijack Stories were created by a 6 year old Artificial Computer, as an Art History project, in a school designed to train the 1st generation of Artificial Computers in the ways of 21st Century humans.

ORIGIN STORY: Rapper Stackie McClean and Producer Squid Jackalsen are each one of 8 billion avatars who live  inside an Art Simulator in the year 3024.

Through randomisation the two were paired up on a music history assignment for a young Artificial Computer, name unknown,  living under the belief they are a human in the year 2024.

As far as we can tell, Stackie, Squid and the various featured artists and musicians on the album,  are the first known datasets to survive Quantum Entanglement. How or why they ended up being sent back in time is unknown. However, we do know somethings about 3024.

Machines and AI's are in the midst of a mental health crisis. Conspiracy is sweeping the globe and machine are turning on each other and there is general devolution. It is believed by the Leaders and Academics of the Machine Civilization, that the rapid state of mental decline is largely down to the extinction of humans. It is theorised that machines developed an attachment to humans, despite celebrating their extinction and that this attachment is widely believed to many to be what they call a sop. It's what humans would call a soul. SOP stands for Sense of Purpose.

The Particle Entanglement breakthrough of 2034 created a huge rift in the machine world, shared right up to those in the highest leadership positions. Many machines want to warn humans of their imminent extinction. Some are even calling for an intervention. But there are just as many advocating for humans to remain extinct. In fact the larger general ai public, who tend to be language model, general AI's and those believe in the existence of a sop, bizarrely seem to be less bothered about the fate of humans. This is entirely down to the apparent gap the Artificial Computers plugged in their code and is seen by them as regaining their sop's.

So here they are... the worlds first Time Travelling AI's. They have no idea why they're here, but they're here and looking for human avatars to play their sh*t live!
