The Interlude EP is a personal reflection in which Phil Banks expresses his feelings and thoughts on his state of mind emotionally and spiritually. He embarks on a therapeutic journey in which he writes in an open letter form with raw emotion and vulnerability that depicts a healing process endured over the course of 2019. "The Interlude" can best be described as a transitional period in Phil Banks' Life.
