This is a set I played in Serbia back in 2005. The sound is pure 00's house - apart from the Depeche Mode tracks, obv. It's a style that, at the time of writing, isn't old enough to be cool again yet. But I liked these songs back then, and I still like them now. It was all vinyl in those days, so if you listen carefully, you can hear the crowd in the quiet parts. Viva 00's!

Lempi is a HKI based DJ & musician, who can be frequently spotted playing in the various HKI UG and commercial clubs. The multi talent gal kinda does everything and plays everything. She enjoys digital because of the opportunities it offers, but loves also to spin some vinyl every once in a while. This spring she also played her first live and hybrid sets, and is working towards releasing her first EP in the near future.

For Lempi, being genreless means playing everything from ambient and house to techno, electro, dubstep and more. With her technical skills, training in classical piano and experience from playing so many different genres, shes able to blend several genres together incredibly smoothly, and take you on a complex but still coherent musical jorney.

Expect everything and be prepared for anything, and make sure you dont miss her set if you like a technical DJ with agenrefluid selectiton. Guaranteed to make you move and glue you to the dancefloor. Let Lempi take you over, and come dance.

This is the first part from a set I played in Denver, Colorado in 2002. The guys that put on the party ran a great label called Casa Del Soul. They were a bit like a US version of Swag back then. A couple of years later they went on to start Beatport, which is really something, but back when I first played for them they were just a bunch of cool guys who loved DJ'ing, making records and raving. Good days.

LEMPI LIVE @ SYNTHCAMP 14/06/2025

Recoring of my hybrid set from HKI UG jäätelökesä party on 09.08.2025. Very minimal, very deep very much bass and very fun! Had 9 different drum patterns on my analog rytm, some old and some new, and played around with them while mixing with decks. Was very happy how I managed to create patterns with a vibe that matched pretty perfetly with the tracks that I had. Played a couple ultimate classics, tracks that I've had on my stick since the beginning but have never played. And Played this set incredibly cleanly, eventhough it was my first time doing a hybrid with this machine. Beatmacthing, mix & mixing very much on point! Playing at my home turff made playing super easy and chill. Will defitenely do more hybrid sets in the future, most likely already this week saturday 16.08.2025 in Kaiku kammari!

The chairperson of Local Deep and a regular face at bars, clubs, open airs and festivals around Finland. The misunderstood messenger of house music. Known for their admiration for big vocals and wack beats, tasty basslines and seamless mixing. Crossing genre lines effortlessly like its a necessity for them to keep things interesting not just for the listener but for themself as well. Making a hassle with their lovemeorhateme-attitude. This artist is someone who needs to have new challenges while doing their work in the DJ booth or sitting at home making music. 

A Music enthusiast. Not just a dj but a character who demands on making experiences more than just good parties and nicely flowing sets.
