Hill Elliott lived his entire childhood in a suburban town called Roswell nestled 25 miles north of Atlanta, Ga. Elliott first picked up a guitar when he was 11 years old. With the combination of his parent’s music (comprised of James Taylor, Lionel Richie & Kenny Rogers) and his discovery of John Mayer’s Continuum while riding on a lawn mower in 2008, Elliott ensconced himself with learning songs on the guitar via YouTube.

During his studies at the University of Georgia, Elliott was exposed to many different styles of music and opened up for The Band Camino at the Georgia Theatre in 2018. Upon graduation, he packed his things and moved to Nashville to pursue a career as an artist and songwriter.

Although his music gains influence from a variety of artists, Elliott endeavors to combine the simplistic nature of Chris Stapleton’s lyric-writing with his affinity for blues-style guitar playing.

Elliott is currently working on a project that is to be released in the fall of 2024.
