David Hillmer has always been fascinated by the impact music has on people and their environment. Because of that, he decided to make use of music as a device to enchant his audience. As the young DJ was deeply convinced of this idea, he headed for Berlin, the most important music metropolis in Germany. On the one hand, he wanted to study the technical side of music and its effects on a scientific level, on the other hand to meet fresh people involved in the Berlin musical scene. Besides that, he welcomed assis- tance to get to know the music culture of this city better and he succeeded in re- aching all these goals.
After this adventurous period in Berlin he returned to the Rhein-Main area with an abundance of fresh inspiration, experience and impressions galore.
Back in Wiesbaden again, his music is appreciated mainly because of its variety, the Berlin touch, and his very individual style of presenting it. His technical abilities of rocking the stage widely found acknowledgement so that consequently by now bookings are being made from all over Germany. David Hillmer is founding member of „Kontrast-Musik“ - a community of DJs and Producers in the Rhain-Main area and Resident DJ of the Club „Gestüt Renz“ in Wiesbaden.
