From Zurich’s quiet streets, alive with stories begging to be told, emerges a creator of contrasts—a non-binary artist thriving in the delicate tension between opposites. Embedded in its vibrant DIY scene, Olan! flourishes within a close-knit queer community, building safer spaces, promoting visibility, and championing the experimental spirit of queer club culture. Bold yet playful, instinctive yet refined, their work is a living paradox, stitching precision & repetition with hypnotic fluidity.

Olan!’s musical evolution has been shaped by a lifetime of curiosity & exploration. Early years spent experimenting with their brother’s synthesizers and immersing in video game soundtracks laid the foundation for their fascination with aural worlds. Later, formal jazz training sharpened their sense of timing and harmony, while the immersive energy of club culture revealed new creative possibilities: mesmerising loops and the raw, unfiltered force of repetition.

"Spikes & Bubbles" encapsulates these contrasts; a creative ethos—balancing precision with whimsy, focus with freedom. The tracks span rediscovered melodies and fresh ideas born from bursts of inspiration, each a study in contradiction. Together, they form a cohesive soundscape designed to forge connection—whether on the dancefloor or in solitude.

Release number 30 from Píldoras Tapes, celebrating 5 years of dedication and promotion of underground music from South America and around the world.

Anatomía del Control brings together six exceptional tracks from artists who have been an integral part of the label’s journey. On side A, track number 1 is delivered by Happy707, the electrifying Techno Trash Jackin’ duo from Buenos Aires; the second track, signed by Argentinian artist Black.n, stands out with its powerful New Beat and EBM sound complemented by captivating vocals; and closing the side is Invalid User, co-founder of the label, contributing an impactful track filled with Noise, EBM, and Industrial influences.

On side B, Chris Mitchell kicks things off with a raw composition infused with Electro and Acid influences; the second track comes from Fillmmaker, showcasing his dark take on Electro sounds; and closing it all, Graphiel, the new alias of our co-founder and label director, delivers the final touch to this vinyl debut.

Volodymyr Prysich aka Saturated Color is an electronic music artist based in Vinnytsia, known by his albums on Mystictrax - «Everybody Feels It» (2019) and «Phenomena» (2022), presents us his «Unknown People» EP -  touching & weird breaks that organically intertwines drums and cascades of synthesizers into love lyrics. «This album is about parties in my native Vinnytsia, meeting people I don't know... the feeling when you're on the dancefloor and there are people around - that rarely happens in our city, but the idea came when I was playing this summer, and there were a bunch of people I didn't know, and I'm was like damn I need to call EP like that :) Everyone is dancing, chatting, and I'm standing there watching and vibin. I don't know practically anyone :D
