Who am I ?

In Hillwater Square, my aim as a musician is to cover music that I like, but with own feelings without trying to replay them like the originals, which I would be unable to do. 

I choose songs for which I hear a possible personal interpretation, in the rhythm, the arrangement, the voices, the feeling.  After that it is a sometimes long and laborious effort with my voices, instruments and various devices to try to find what I had in mind at the beginning, or to make it evolve, by arranging, playing, singing and producing all the parts.

A work that could always improve and that indeed does (well I hope…) over time 

This work is made to be shared, and it would be my most ardent wish that you listen to some of these reinterpretations and share your reactions here or on my site

The Play lists in the Kiosk

My sources are numerous: Bob Dylan, the Beatles, Ray Charles, Georges Brassens or draw from rock, bossa nova, country, folk, jazz or blues repertoires 

They are grouped by atmospheres: Rock/Blues/Pop, Latin/Reggae/Country, Jazz/Bossa-Nova/Samba, (I made many others but still to improve) (playing and singing all the parts following rhythms and arrangements that I imagined, I am the only one responsible for any out of tune pieces!)

It is by listening that you will discover these strange attempts... and if by chance some of you musicians want to take up ideas for arrangements, contact me !
