Welcoming "Hilux" to the emporium label. We are very excited to be debuting the first ever release from Florida the born artist. Lurking in the shadows of the palmetto palms, Hilux has stayed below the radar for the past four years. With punchy baselines, stepping percussions, and mysterious atmospheres, his production will bring movement to the dance floor. Hilux 2024 spring Showreel

The Tower has a simple meaning: The crumbling of the status quo. The Tower – whatever it represents in your reading – comes crashing to the ground. All that you held to be true is suddenly…not true. The world looks different, and it can feel like a disaster.

Thank your 100 followers. Here is my first self release titled 'Turning Stones" 

 This track features a heavy hitting baseline, combined with sections of a break beat drum pattern, which brings the listener to the center of the dance floor inducing them to embrace the back bone of the song. Melody and atmosphere play just as an important roll, to also bring to an ethereal state of mind.

Producing under an undisclosed alias since 2020, Hilux first emerged in 2023.
The Florida-based producer is focused solely on sound, paying no attention to omnipresent trends or hype.
This mysterious music maker draws inspiration from artists such as Geode, Jafu, Kercha, and others alike.
Hilux makes “all terrain music”, with compositions traversing from breaks to UKG, to dubstep and beyond.
