It's been a while since I uploaded to here :) and because of that it seems I've forgotten how to export for SC because I forgot about how it squashes the audio makes it sound weird. OH WELL...... This is really just a demo because it's actually unfinished, there's a few other vocals tracks i want to put into it and stuff. So see you soon for an actual covers album? ...or at least EP?

Answer The Call

The full length instrumental version of my new song! 

It took a while longer than expected to get up because somehow the Cloud lost my session?! So I had to start from scratch :( This is the second recording I made just yesterday. It only took one day to make this!

Heavy AD/DC influence on this one :) One of my fav bands :))
The reason I wanted to play guitar was because of Angus Young, so why not make something that sounds similar to his style of playing :D

Like There's No Tomorrow (Instrumental)

Hi everyone!!

So I had this really cool riff that i'd made up, and I tried really really hard to fit it into a song, but I couldn't come up with a melody that worked well with my riff. So just today I thought... What if i just make a little interlude out of it? 
 
So I recorded my main guitar riff part, and then built up the bass and drums around it. I wanted it to feel like the thing that they play before a big concert starts - like the opening little presentation that usually happens to hype up the crowd, ya know?

I really hope that you all enjoy it, I know its only short, and there is definitely no lyrics to this one, but I am starting to write some more stuff that hopefully I'll be able to record soon!! 

P.s. .....i just listened to it, I'm getting the feeling that soundcloud compresses songs weirdly, because this does not sound like the mix i had before i uploaded it, i can hardly hear my hihats :( . oh well, one day i'll work it out!

Interlude #1

Formerly known as "Song #5", this is my newest instrumental!
I really hope you all like it! I think it's got some grunge and punk rock influence in it. Definitely different to what I've done before.

Also, can we talk about the cover art for a second? lol so this song was kind of influenced by how social media sucks us in and you get stuck on there for hours and hours without realising the time. I wanted to recreate that impression through the cover art so i kind of did a Harry Potter dementor face sucking thing haha, I hope you see the link between the two ideas!! 😂😂

I also just want to say that I actually lost my project file of my song Broken Hearted which i had already expected to have recorded vocals for and have up, but i had to re-record the whole thing!! The instrumental for that is complete now too, so hopefully I can get vocals for that done ASAP 😃

On to new a better things soon! I've been writing tracks for what I hope will be my first EP! They are a slightly different sound to what I've been posting - Actually one of my tracks Fashion Girl which is already up here already will hopefully feature on my new EP, so maybe that can give you an idea of what it will sound like 🙂
