Beatmaker jives, from Salt Lake City teamed up again with his fellow American producer dream tax for a relaxing track ‘Alone In The Car’. Their collaboration is a blend of mellow piano notes layered over laidback beats. Various sound elements such as bells and snares collide together in between reverberated synths. The result is a thoughtful soundscape that leaves a nostalgic impression on the listener.

Inspired by artists such as J Dilla, Flying Lotus and Madlib, Handbook began producing music in his bedroom in 2010. From his home of York, Handbook's signature sound is soulful, blending thick bass lines and layered instrumentals. ‘Last Hour of Sun’ is his latest release, an airy and summery track. With a combination of dreamy synths and delayed vocals, Handbook succeeded to transcribe a brightness and turn the last ray of sun into a cheering melody.

DRWN. is one of the musical projects of multi-instrumentalist Marcel Kalt. The Swiss producer has been attracting hundreds of thousands of listeners every month through his dreamy old-school hip-hop instrumentals. He likes to blend genres and atmospheres, as in ‘Gardenia’, a comforting instrumental piece. The producer created a reflective soundscape made of a soft harp melody and wind instruments that merge with field recording for a meditative and peaceful experience.

The beatmaker Konteks comes back with a new EP made out of dreamy lo-fi beats: ‘Outer’. From his home of Manchester, the producer has acquired a very loyal audience thanks to his old-school hip-hop musical universe. His new EP Outer is a bundle of chill jazzy beats, as one can hear in ‘Backdrop’, in which a heartwarming and melancholic piano loop creates a cosy soundscape for the listener.
