Shuko is a multi-artist based in Germany known for his collaborations with Kanye West, Timbaland, B-Real of cypress hill just to name a few. He describes himself as a sucker for those 90s samplers and vintage synths. He has a new old-school EP ‘Queensbridge Sunrise’ coming up, whose track ‘Who’s World Is This’ features his fellow beatmaker, the Morrocan artist Saib. Thanks to its groovy instrumentals and an enveloping old-school vibe, the track will take you on a sunny cruise.

Den Dala’s new single “Carefree” is a real feel good groover song. It takes you to a place where you always have your sharpest glasses on and every movement is in unison with the beat. How could it be else, Carefree has everything a positive mind needs: a simple and catchy bassline, followed by melodic guitars, and topped off with a stunning synthesizer solo. Playing Ping Pong, jamming, drinking, and let your soul dangle is what inspired Den Dala to write this song. It developed in a time when there wasn’t much more to do anyways. This feeling of lightness and not caring too much about things is the essence of this mellow instrumental track.

You may know him as one half of the duo Wieland & Ulrich, the German producer from Cologne wielandwieland has been making music since 2006. His beat-making is thoughtful and combines different influences as shown in the track ‘For A Minute’, a mix of soothing chords with an r&b vibe. The track highlights a soul vocal sample. Its low pitch and the enveloping reverb make for a track-inducing relaxation.

Ved daggry: sår hals og rennende nese, kvalme, ensidig pulserende smerte spenner over hodeskallen min
Da ser jeg at jeg er død, men jeg er ikke begravet. Jeg er glemt, som hesten som sto i brann om natten, og løp i vinden.
