Steel's Enigma (2006)

This is a goth/industrial track I wrote in 2005 for the video game “True Crime: New York.” It's for a level that takes place in a goth club, where the protagonist fights a series of increasingly-difficult wannabe vampire cult members.

The sound designer, Brian Tuey, requested four one-minute loops of increasing intensity. Each time you beat a wave of enemies, it would transition to the next loop. In the version here on SoundCloud, I've concatenated the four loops so that they play as a single four-minute long track with no breaks.

And just for fun, here's the source Logic sequencer file: http://media.adamwiggins.com/sources/Wolfsbane.zip — tested as loading in Logic 9. This track primarily uses default Logic synthesizers, so most of it (except for the percussion and some Absynth instruments) will play in a stock Logic install.
