Michael Scheppert has always been drawn to the vibrant energy of techno and downtempo music. Starting his career as a resident DJ at Club Douala in Germany at the young age of 18, Michael quickly made a name for himself with his infectious beats and knack for bringing people together through music. Whether he's behind the decks or performing live, Michael crafts each set with his own unique productions, turning every performance into a one-of-a-kind experience.

Alongside Bryan Ro, Michael has developed a signature sound that blends dark, eclectic beats with inventive rhythms, making waves in the global electronic music scene. He's also a driving force in Sydney's underground music community, co-founding Puzzles Records—a label and event series known for hosting top-tier dark minimal artists and international headliners in Sydney.

Michael has graced stages at iconic Australian festivals like Rabbits Eat Lettuce and Bohemian Beatfreaks. His impact extends beyond the music he plays; it's about creating a musical journey that resonates deeply with audiences everywhere. The 30th edition of the Streetparade is all about hope and above all... "Prefer:Tolerance". 

Hope for a more peaceful coexistence of the different cultures, religions, skin colors and ideals of the people on our planet...Mother Earth. We come to earth with different faces, whether human, animal or plant, everything is animated and alive. In our existence we try to do the best we can as a whole. Sometimes it works well...but then you also have to experience more difficult things in order to process them afterwards and do better...that's life! 

Let's just be more peaceful with each other, no matter what ethics or beliefs you belong to...it always starts with yourself...you can change it or carry on as usual. But then don't be surprised if it doesn't change in general!
