Bold, honest songwriting is exactly what we were trying to achieve with this song. This past year has been a dramatic year for everyone and for us we've had to navigate some of our lowest lows to come out the other side stronger than ever. 

This song is fundamentally about healing from hardships. It's about learning how to have no regrets and accept your past without judgement. Whilst this song is emotionally raw and expresses pain, we want it to inspire hope in our listeners that everything will be fine, and that it's OK to be vulnerable.
