Walt clearly has a deep passion for music that has its roots in the British electronic scene, but has since evolved into a broader spectrum of genres. His interest in Jungle, Drum & Bass, and Dubstep has shaped his musical vision, but he doesn’t let himself be confined by genre boundaries. He continues to search for sounds that can evoke emotions and connect the
dancefloor.

Decks Education is an educational initiative exploring the craft and culture of DJing, created by VGC and Kiosk Radio. Aspiring young DJs were invited to enhance their skills through a series of talks and workshops, guided by four esteemed mentors: Bibi Seck, Lefto Early Bird, Lola Haro, and Yooth Yooth.

His love for vinyl and the ritual of browsing through record stores is also an important part of his music practice. It ensures that his collection is not just a mix of different styles, but that each track carries a specific feeling he wants to share with his audience. This reflects his desire not just to play music, but to tell a story and emotionally impact the dancers.
