220 bpm. For some strange reason it was a long time ago since we worked together on a track. Strange, because we are close friends and speak to each other on a regular basis. But both we were busy on several projects and finally the moment was there. I saved a special vocal sample for this collab and when Paul arrived he was well prepared with edits and sounds. It fitted perfectly with the kicks I’ve made and I must say this was one of the smoothest collabs ever. We had the same ideas about the track and making noise is extra rocking when you look at eachother and have that evil smile of “yeah this is that hardknock terror”.

250 bpm One of my hobbies is searching for samples and sounds, but I never did it for such a high tempo. When I found a few acapella’s I started to stretch them on the right tempo and added a stomping kickdrum plus some smooth percussion ;). One thing led to another and before I knew the track was filled with vocals. At some point I’ve decided to use a 808 kickdrum and a distorted hiphopbeat. Why? Don’t know, I tought it sounded cool and still think that. So when the hiphop element took over and the amount of vocals was at it’s peak, I instantly tought that it was a stealin yo shit concept. So high tempo beats with high tempo vocals, good team. Please don’t listen to this track on a system with no bass, listen it on a system WITH BASS
