Fierce has been an important figure in drum & bass for a long old time now. First starting out on No U-Turn at the age of 16 in the mid ‘90s, he’s gone on to properly earn his stripes, gracing respected labels like Prototype, Ram, Virus and so many more whilst setting up his own imprint Quarantine along the way. In short, the man’s reputation carries all across d&b and to all corners of its spectrum. You could call him a DJ’s DJ, or you could just call him what he is, namely insanely committed to exploring and scoring the nether regions of his chosen form. Fierce has always got material that other people don’t and he’s got an incredible knack and fusing it with tracks people know a bit better with aplomb. He really gets it, on a technical and physical level so we’re chuffed to be able to present this promo mix from him ahead of his upcoming back to back set with Zero T in Room Three on Friday 27th March.

Today I bring to you the final show of the year and the final show of this series. I am very proud to announce Phase as the very special guest to bring this series to a close for the year. if you haven't heard of phase yet then I don't know where you've been hiding. the guy has been a prominent feature along Metalheadz line ups over the last few years. Show-casing his striking sound of drum and bass. Not only being able to absolutely destroy dance floors but also show a more soulful side too. Hailing from Belgium originally and now posted up in Switzerland, when he's got a show booked in your cities nearby it is not one to miss!
Phase released his latest EP this year on Metalheadz, this was called Eterna. 4 heavy hitting beats in his signature sound. next year you can expect more material upon the Metalheadz label and also some forth coming bits on Overview music. make sure you stay tuned, no doubt they will be featured by myself on next years series.
