Rising talents Le Croque and atsou join forces to debut on Cacao with an absolute banger.

The title track is driven along by a hefty bassline throb, atmospheric pads and beautiful piano chords that compliment the lush vocals from the amazing Bobbi Fallon Smith that transmit an unbroken declaration of freedom throughout this interpretation.

On remix duties, Daniel Rateuke presents a version that focuses around a simple, yet infectious synth arpeggiation. Heavy drum hits kick the track off in tandem. A very outstanding remix, ready to hit the dancefloor.

Panamanian talents Carlos Barbero and Kimao, provide one excellent remix, a more deep and atmospheric vibe that gallops along at a decent pace from the drum elements and heavy synth stabs that builds a solid groove foundation. Spacious and hypnotic ride, a great collage of deep vibes.

connected welcomes back label regular Da Mike for a fresh new tune featuring American vocalist Biishop with remixes from David Mayer and Kintar.

Da Mike is one of Greece's finest electronic exports and someone who can do all forms of House Music. 

His decade-long journey has taken him to Saved, MoBlack and King Street where his emotive and pulsing grooves continue to stand out.
His captivating new track 'Left My Body' started in the Greek countryside in the second lockdown.
It has a machine-like drum and synth rhythm with flashes of melancholic melody that cast a dreamy spell. The striking vocal from Biishop describes an out-of-body experience in powerful fashion before a poignant breakdown resets the mood and the tune rolls once more.

After some time away, David Mayer is back on this label with one of his trademark remixes. He takes the tune deep, stripping it back and allowing the bassline room to breathe. All in all, it's a track that has
an excellently alluring effect. 

Last up is Argentina's Kintar who has an ever-growing production and
remix profile on labels like Sudam Recordings, MoBlack and Monaberry as well as this one. Here he adds some extra thump to the bottom end while tweaking the arrangement but allowing the original vocal to retain its hovering glory.

These are three effortlessly moving new house tracks on the essential connected.

An all-star cast assemble for the latest single release on BLOND:ISH’s Abracadabra label, with Band&Dos collaborating with Aaron Sevilla on the production, and featuring Toshi on vocals. ‘Sobe’ breezes through with hypnotic percussion and emotive melodies, as Toshi’s vocal performance is a sweet as the sun!
Venezuelan duo Band&Dos have been responsible for some sizzling releases on Triangular Recordings, Hurry Up Slowly and Tortuga Tribes, and on ‘Sobe’ have teamed up with Aaron Sevilla, the Mexican DJ & producer who has lit up the Afro House charts with prodigious tunes for TRANSA, Sunset Gathering and Nervous Records.
Speaking of this new collaboration, Sevilla explains “Band&dos and I were talking about collaborating for a long time and we decided that when we do it, we should do something really important, so we decided to bring someone as important as Toshi, the number one singer in the Afro House scene, to do the vocals. Lyrically, the narrative is along the lines of ‘I won’t make a fool out of myself, I'll never take advantage of myself’ which we think is a very strong message”.
