A hypnotic blend of hip-hop rhythm and slide guitar soul, Slide drifts through a hazy emotional landscape with cinematic flair. The track fuses lo-fi beats, pedal steel textures, and introspective melodies to evoke movement, memory, and melancholy. It’s a sonic slow-burn—equal parts swagger and vulnerability—perfect for late-night drives, quiet rebellion, or reflective moments.

In this chapter of his life Cipy would like to tell you about his love for downtempo music!
This project was born a few years ago during a trip to the Riviera Maya where he felt overwhelmed by a thousand vibrations, often supernatural, feeling a physical and mental attraction for that place, often driven by the need to unplug and fly away from all those European cities of plastic and industrial that surrounded him, experiencing ever greater benefits in being in contact with nature, with trees, the forest, discovering new places, new cultures, confronting their traditions and customs. 

A fascinating atmosphere, he felt his body vibrate and he wanted to transmit all this energy through the music. Hence “Cipy In Paamul” was born!
Cipy has tried many traditional instruments in Mexico and recorded them directly on the spot with the locals, in order to be able to capture the color and the warmth of that culture, the spicy flavors. Since then, he finds himself with the question: "why not live here ?! "

So maybe someday :)

David Rue is an L.A. based visual artist and music producer. His artwork is a reflection of his own sense of the absurd and surreal nature of life, filled with expressionistic representations of physicality.
David brings all that to an aural medium with his music. Drawing on different cultural places around the world, he constructs textured downtempo works that mirror his approach to art.

This full Moon is the middle of the first month of the Chinese calendar, Adar in the Hebrew calendar, and Rajab in the Islamic calendar. Rajab is one of the four sacred months in which warfare and fighting are forbidden.
