The track’s chief protagonists Mòo & Jo and Demayä explain more; “we were trying to sample an old afro-boogie song that had a crazy bassline that we actually kept in Desperado, but the rest of the track wasn't matching at all. We decided later to keep only the bassline and build around it, trying different plugins and patterns, until we came up with the idea of a trumpet riff, and it was directly into that mariachi vibes. We decided to call our friendsArkadyan to add some drums and the crazy trumpet refrain, which worked so perfectly! The idea was to make a track full of groove but matching with the tension of the bassline. We are all super happy with the end result, and the Vocal Mix with Eribertho Cruzado is simply an easy tune for any place, again we can't wait for the release.”

Paris-based duo Alex H. and Adrian C ended last year on a high with ‘Journey’, a super stylish new album on Kindisch in December. It was full of deep, spiritual, emotional sounds and is now followed up with a trio of top singles. Between this pair they have studied filmmaking in NYC and violin and piano at the Conservatory of Paris and travel the world picking up disparate influences and inspiration from nature. All of that infuses this first richly detailed new cut.

Born in Africa, Groefer always had african influences in the music and selection. This mix features some of his upcoming releases, and some unreleased stuff.

About 20 years ago, Groefer discovered music through his father’s classic rock and blues collection, which inspired him to play the guitar. Quickly after that, he discovered electronic music through his older brother, for which his love and dedication has been constant ever since. Digging into all of electronic music types and genres served the purpose of setting Groefer’s musical journey as he started producing and making his own edits of his favorite records. That practice paved the way for his incredible ability to compose and produce any genre with no limitations. Falling for the complexity of music composition and production, he worked as a co-producer, composer and even ghost producer with many major artists in different genres before embarking on his own adventure. Groefer signed his first EP in 2011, got his first record label deal in 2013 as a composer, in 2014, he officially remixed the Grammy award nominee producer Tony Moran, and in 2017, he got his second record label deal with Society Music Recordings. After that first EP, Groefer started playing and mixing music. He found extreme joy in DJing and started to build his own sound touch. Mixing different genres and providing different vibes was euphoric to him, he became a fantastic collector and a great disc jockey. His sets are a reflection of his talent and current state of mind as well as his ability to improvise once he’s in the booth to control the energy. Describing his sound with his mantra “House, with different hints”, he usually plays long sets which gives him the opportunity to really showcase his musical mind and take the crowd on a trip to discover the best deep house and house records. He has dedicated over 10 years of his life to electronic music and as a result, he’s playing more and more established venues and festivals, and has releases all over the globe being played by big names of the scene.

Driven by the sound of his favourite band "The Prodigy", Jasch Patrick started his career as a DJ and producer in 2001 with classic vinyl and lots of house and tech house sounds.

In the years that followed, he continued to evolve, discovered different genres, and gained experience in the hottest clubs and trendiest bars.
JP, also known as Jasch Patrick, has been musically established and specialised for over 10 years now. His sound is a symphony of organic house and lounge music.
