Bar 25 Music is thrilled to announce the return of She Knows with their latest release, "Extraordinary." This EP is a masterful combination of melancholic, playful, and magnetic tracks that are sure to leave a lasting impression.

The EP includes two new tracks, "Extraordinary" and "Twisted and Strange," as well as the previously released single, "Something to Save," which debuted in April 2022 on Bar 25: Zeitgeist. These tracks were produced in She Knows' latest studio in Wilhelmsruh, Berlin, before Marcel's departure to Vitoria at the end of 2021. The tracks were mixed by the incredibly talented Zeno Mainardi, whose contribution was invaluable to the final sound.

This EP showcases She Knows' versatility, with a range of comic and dramatic elements infused throughout the tracks. The result is a collection of songs that are both touching and emotional, with rich textures and powerful melodies.

Moojo and Demayä are all set to release their new track, "Lotus," featuring a sample from the popular TV series "White Lotus." 'Lost In The Dust' is the first release from Copenhagen duo NoToNo. 
Born in the desert in South Africa, the track is an uplifting, airy track full of vibe. It sets the mood from the sunset and warmth of the remote desert, but has Scandinavian vibes all over it, with a punching low end, filled with quirky synth hooks. This is a great weapon in your toolbox, when you want to transition to a harder part of your dj-set in 2023.

"Love In Times Of Crisis Remixed Pt 1" is the first remix package of Hyenah's debut album.
Some RISE' favorite producers re-interpreted the original collaborations in their very own ways, that we love them so much for: Super Flu, Caiiro, Santiago Garcia and Masšh.

Super Flu picked the Hyenah x Pablo Fierro x Lazarusman collaboration "The Balance" and turned it into a powerful club anthem - in their super signature sound.

Caiiro twisted Hyenah x Nanghitis "Your Love" from a NYC style Classic House tune into a melancholic and deep Afro House monster, which lets Nanghitis voice shine in a completely different way - Caiiro style!

Santiago Garcia took on "The Rite", a collaboration of Hyenah and Ernesto & The Basement Gospel. He switched it up with his quirky secret SG spices. We really don't know how to label his version. It doesn't matter though since it's bringing the heat.

Last but not least, we got Masšh, one of South Africa's brightest rising stars. What he did to the G-Wash10 x Hyenah collaboration "Rain Queen" is African energy at its best. Wait until you hear this one out loud.

A napkin that Hernan still has!!

’Napkin Knowledge’ is taken from Selador Decade EP 2 - the second EP released to celebrate the acclaimed UK label’s landmark 10th Anniversary - also featuring sizzling collaborations from Steve Parry x Renato Cohen, Zoo Brazil x Circulation, and James Harcourt x Heik.

Exploited Records is releasing the Milestones EP on 14th April, featuring the innovative Berlin-based producer, Budakid. The EP's title track, Milestones, starts with a soul-satisfying sequencer melody and Budakid's signature glitch production. The deep organic rolling bass, complemented by soaring piano synths, sets the perfect soundscape for Bad Actor's captivating vocals. This classic and contemporary track will take you on a journey through time and is sure to be one of the sweetest sounds of spring.

Graph The Jeff, the next track on the EP, takes the listener on a deeper and prettier journey. This vintage electro house track has a deliciously thick, deep-filled bassline and detuned 8-bit chord riffs, accompanied by the percussive rhythm of agogo bells. The dreamy melody is rhythmically in step, lighter texturally, and coated in a flowing gown of white noise, leaving you feeling more blissed out than a sunset gong-bath.

Milestones is a reflection of a chapter of Budakid's life and marks his musical journey. According to him, "Milestones started a year ago when I created the sequence track. Immediately, it was clear to me the direction I had to take it in." He invited Bad Actor, an incredibly talented singer, to record the vocals, and a close friend to add the organic bassline, which gives Milestones its authentic feel. Both nailed it on their first takes, and everything came together to create a musical moment captured in sound.

In contrast, Graph the Jeff was another outburst and a joyful jam inspired by a mesmerizing forest walk and a drawing session with friends. "Let's graph the Jeff!" exclaimed Budakid.

Overall, the Milestones EP by Budakid is a must-listen for anyone looking to explore the freshest sounds of the Berlin electronic scene.
