Little context - for the past year I’ve been digging through some old disco records, random songs from non electronic genres (basically anything I found interesting) and sampling them in my own way.

The EP is a result of all that. It's diverse and it might not make any sense, but it's just the beginning of my musical journey :)

Crazy Nutz Music presents Manija, an EP that brings together ISSCO and Jay House, two artists making a name for themselves in the underground scene with their innovative and dancefloor-driven style. ISSCO, a Chilean DJ and producer, has built a distinctive sound within minimal and house, known for his ability to create immersive atmospheres and catchy melodies that shift between euphoric and nostalgic vibes. He began his career in 2021, refining his craft until securing releases on respected labels such as No Preset, Be One, and Habitat, earning recognition in the underground circuit. The original track, "Manija", is a tribute to the party energy and dancefloor madness. The title originates from Argentine slang, where “being manija” means having an unstoppable drive for partying—an energy ISSCO captures perfectly in this track. With a fresh and dynamic tech house vibe, thick basslines, and percussive elements that create a seamless flow, the track is engineered to keep the dancefloor moving nonstop. A bold and chaotic vocal sample emerges at key moments, adding a sense of disorder and excitement, while the well-structured transitions maintain the tension and drive throughout. The production relies almost entirely on Ableton’s native tools, resulting in a raw, powerful, and contemporary sound.
