This is the first album by the talented producer Manuel Costela aka "Oval Future Face" and half part of "Defense Of Excess", owner of the spanish labels "Bucketround Records" and "2phonic Recordings". Born in Madrid and having worked with many different labels like "DeepArt Sounds", "TH Pressing", "Deep Explorer Music" and "Flumo Recordings". Releasing both on vinyl and digitally. Manuel chose the amazing and deeper "Deepwit Recordings" label for his LP. 
There are 10 very personal tracks that define his particular way of experiencing Deep house music, where he plays with his bass, synthesizers, percussion and his own voice.vShowing his extensive taste for breakbeat, house and funk, fusing various styles. Yet always with his particular melodic touch.

Hockley Rebel DJ was reborn from an idea on Reggae Beach , San Antonio bay Ibiza in Summer of 2016 after inspired watching Detriot Swindle play at his favourite club Amnesia in Ibiza .  He was first noticed by likes of Judge Jules, in 2009 for his remix of legendary Ibiza anthem 'Synth N Strings' by Yomanda (Paul Masterson) under WDPProject . His follow up 'Bird of Prey' vs The Doors received acclaim from Fatboy slim and again with  Jules with 'Bruvas Luv Da Old Skool' sampling Martin Luther Kings famous brothers and sisters speech in a Rave BIN ! Sharing line ups with the likes of Chris Lake, Micky Slim, The Dream Team with this Electro Bass Garage cross over sets.  His 90s rave tinged tracks was a staple in his sets and the fidget electro sound from like of Dave Spoon, Switch . Herve, Sinden and Lee Mortimer(Friend Within). Summer 2009 he took his House Nation brand to Ibiza to Babylon Bar in West End playing 6 hour sets that summer and worked under few aliases moving from progressive house, to UKG under Ruffnex INC remixing Black Eyes Peas  'Boom Boom Pow', Storms 'Time to Burn'.  2010 saw him raise 5k for Macmillan cancer with his event 'WE BECOME 1 event at Gatecrasher BHX. After taking a break in 2012 to help his mum's recovery from Cancer he reemerged  in Aug 2016 with his first  track with Janet Jackson vocals with classic house groove  and saw 2016 playing in Aruba No1 music Festival playing 4 hour sets at Hi winds Music Festival .
After his own cancer scare in early 2017 he returned to Ibiza for his mini tour In August playing 3 sets in Sol House Rooftop Terrace Sunset Deep Balearic Set, Plastik Bar San An  and  Kanya Bar. He has toured the Far East 3 times part of his regular Winter tours backed it up with 3 B2B  playing at one of Asias Largest Clubs Zouk Club  in Kuala Lumpur on Christmas Day twice a highlight including Extasy Club, 2 week residency at Long bar Patong in Phuket, Beach republic and Nikki Beach in Koh Samui .
Youtube Radio shows post pandemic reached now over 250 shows with his Rebel Sunday Social and TGIF shows. 

His music has been supported from legends and his peers legends in the game Paul Oakenfold, Todd Terry, Agnelli & Nelson, Chris Lake, Rico Tubbs, Erick Morillo, Mason, Judge Jules, Chris Lorenzo, Paul Masterson, Low Steppa.

October 23 sees along waited return to form with his future House anthem 'I Wanna Give U Devotion' for house purists.  
His Industrial Techno Bladerunner sounding 'Monsoon EP' based on his hotel lock in during the worst Monsoon in Thaialnd for 30 years  based in Koh Samui on his 1st Asia Tour  includes His Orbital rework of 'Chime '   titled 'Rebels Chime' receving the 'Thumbs up ' from Paul Oakenfold . His collab with RNB legend Aaliyah whilst in hospital for spinal surgery titled 'WYD2M' shows this guys desire, determination to get back out playing again since his last overseas gig in Belize.
