"Improvising alone is super therapeutic for me - I like that raw impulsive energy. It's a way I connect with creation and peace and, until recently, I'd never recorded myself in this type of zone. The process of listening back to long sessions and choosing excerpts to mix down is pretty different to the initial spirit of creating it... but I decided to preserve and share some of this music hoping it gives someone else out there even the tiniest fraction of what it's given to me."
