This song plays in the only area in Chapter 7, which is an endless, white void. 

Here's the context:

So, after you defeat the Knight in Chapter 6, he creates multiple NEO dark fountains, which causes the Roaring to happen. Then, the world collapses and becomes an endless void. Then, the three heroes have to find a way to fix it all, which is nearly impossible, but there is still hope.
